Do I need to know the Shoulaks?
Heck no! You’ll definitely meet them while you’re there, but this isn’t a family-only or exclusive event by ANY means. Bring your cousin, your neighbor, your dog-walker, or someone you just met! We’d love to see how many people support this great cause!

NOTE: You do NOT need to be present to win an auction prize, but a phone number must be provided so we can contact you to arrange shipping, pickup, or delivery.
Is everything really expensive?
Even though we do have some large items that we get donated to our live auction such as sporting event tickets (like the Pro Bowl) or time share rentals, we have something to do at EVERY price range. You can actually come for free and not spend a dime! What you spend is completely up to you and there is never any pressure to “keep spending” like other fund-raiser events might encourage.
Is the event kid-friendly?
Our music festivals are always kid-friendly! We have tons of things for little ones to do like yard games, bounce-house, and much more!
Do I need to bring cash?
The font desk volunteers at our Music Festivals only have a cash-box to gather payment for meal tickets and festival gear, you can pay for any auction items you win or merchandise you buy with a credit/debit card or personal checks.
Can I help with the event?
Absolutely! Every year, we ask for volunteers to help us set up, run booths, assist with the musicians, and keep our grounds clean. If you have any time or talent to provide, please let us know on the Contact page and we’ll reach out to you as soon as we start signing up volunteers!
Can’t volunteer but still want to contribute in another way? Swing by our Get Involved page to check out your options!
NOTE: All times are subject to change slightly from year to year. Check back regularly, subscribe, or follow us on Facebook for updates!
