When does the bidding open?
You get more time to bid because we plan to open the auction the day before the music festival, Friday, September 26th and it ends at 5:00pm CT on Saturday, September 27th. You will receive text notifications when the auction is close to closing; stay tuned to make sure you get the goods!
What about shipping large items?
If you’re local, you can just stop by 4421 Shoreview Road Robbinsdale, MN 55422. If you won an item but are out of state, you will be asked to help cover the cost of shipping to keep as many donations to our Charitable Partners as possible.
How do I get the item that I won (at the festival)?
For festival attendees, there will be two options for you to check out and take your items home the day of BreastFest. There will be three Checkout will begin at 6:00pm inside of the upper barn. Once the silent auction ends at 5:00pm, please check BidPal to see if you’ve won any items to pick up.
How do I get the item that I won if I’m not at the festival?
Digital items (like certain gift certificates/vouchers) will be emailed to you. If we do not have the right information on file for you, we will contact you using the phone number you registered with. You can also contact Bill Kranz to coordinate local pickup of your item at 612-270-1506.
Why do you need my phone number?
We’ll send you a text message when bidding is starting, if you get out-bid, and when bidding is wrapping up so you can sneak in those winning bids! Customize your notification settings when you create your account.
